Our voucher codes can be redeemed in different ways, and the instructions will be clearly outlined on the product page on our website, as well as the voucher itself in the 'How to Redeem' section.
If your redemption instructions direct you to redeem via the venue's website and the code is greeting you with an error after you enter it, here are a few things to try/double check:
1. Is there a specific website link you need to follow? This will be shown on the voucher and product page if so. Some codes won't work when trying to redeem via the standard venue website.
2. Are the dates/times you're trying to book within the validity period given on the voucher?
3. Make sure you're adding the correct ticket type to your basket, i.e. 4 x individual adult/child passes, a family pass etc (the ticket type you need to use will be provided on your voucher).
4. Ensure that the code is being entered into the correct box; some websites have a 'gift card code' box, as well as a 'promo code' box. Our voucher codes usually are entered into the promo code box, unless otherwise stated on the redemption instructions.
5. Copy and paste the code from the voucher itself if possible. Sometimes some characters can be mistaken, i.e. an 'L' may be mistake for a '1', or a number '0' could be seen as a letter 'O'.
6. Double check that there aren't any spaces before or after the code.
