I've tested positive for COVID-19, can I refund my Planet Offers order?

If you purchased your voucher within 14 days and haven't yet redeemed your voucher, you fall within our no-quibble refund policy. Please click here to contact us with your order number, and one of our team will be in touch within 48 working hours, although please note during busier times this may take a little longer, so please bear with us. Our customer care inbox is monitored Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding bank holidays).

As the government has now removed any remaining domestic restrictions for COVID-19 across the UK. As the restrictions have now been lifted, we will no longer be accepting refund requests outside of the 14-day refund window. We unfortunately are not able to extend validity periods on vouchers due to contractual obligations with each of our partners.

If you have redeemed and pre-booked with your voucher already and decide not to use your voucher due to COVID-19, please contact the venue directly to see if you are able to move your booking to a later date within the validity period. Please note, any changes will be at the venue’s discretion and Planet Offers will not be able to extend validity periods on vouchers due to contractual obligations.

Any information regarding extensions to validity will have been communicated to customers via email and the website will have been updated accordingly.
