I haven't received my Planet Offers voucher

Our vouchers usually arrive in your inbox very soon after you place your order, however please allow 24-48 hours as it can sometimes take a little longer during busy periods. If you haven't received your voucher, please make sure to check your junk folder as they can sometimes drop into there if you haven't purchased from Planet Offers before.

Your voucher is also available on your Planet Offers account when you log in. If you can’t find (or accidentally delete) your email, you can re-download it from your account. To do this, you just need to click the 'Account' option at the top of the Planet Offers website, log in with your details and select the 'My Orders' option from the menu. Here, you will find all of your orders and an orange button should appear, allowing you to download each voucher you have purchased.

If you're still having issues accessing your voucher, please don't worry! Just drop our customer care team a message with your order number and we will be able to send your voucher through within 48 working hours. Our customer care inbox is monitored Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm.
