I've scanned the QR code on my Planet Offers voucher - what do I do?

If you have scanned the QR code on your voucher and pressed submit within the redemption portal, your voucher will now unfortunately be invalidated, as it can only be scanned once.

Please get in touch with our customer care team with your order number and they will be able to resolve this for you within 48 working hours. The customer care inbox is monitored Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
