Our vouchers often need to be redeemed directly with the attraction/restaurant/venue. The instructions on how to do this will be printed on your voucher under the 'How to Redeem' section. They are also explained on the specific product page within the Planet Offers website.
Sometimes, you simply need to present your voucher upon arrival and a member of staff will take the unique voucher code, or scan the QR code on your voucher. If this is the case, again this will be explained on your voucher under the 'How to Redeem' section.
If you do have a QR code on your voucher (a black and white square in the top left-hand corner of your voucher), please make sure not to scan it with your own phone/device, this will invalidate your voucher as it can only be scanned once.
