Why do I receive an error message?

Please make sure that your browser is up to date, and you clear any cached items.

Reached the maximum number of entries

If you have received an error message regarding entry limits, please follow the next two steps. 

1. Check that you have not already purchased the maximum entries for the competition. 

2. If you have not reached the entry limit but the website continues to present this error, then please clear all entries from your basket. Make sure you log out correctly and wait 10 minutes. This gives the website time to establish that you have abandoned your entries. Please then revisit the website and go through the full payment process.
