Not Receiving
If you are having trouble receiving your one-time password, please ensure you are in an area with good signal. Poor signal can make it difficult for your network to deliver this password to you.
Please be aware, there is a maximum of 5 OTPs per day. If you exceed this limit, you will have to wait 24 hours for the system to reset and allow you to request the password again.

Not Accepting
Make sure to use the most recent requested password. Using expired passwords can result in a system error.
