Has your app stopped working as it should?
Here are some ways to resolve this:
1. Log out of your account and close the app. Then open the app and sign in to your account.
2. Delete and re-install the app. (This will update the app to the latest version available.)

- How often your app is crashing
- Your app version
- Your device's OS (Operating System)
- If there is an error message
- When this issue started
- Any recognisable pattern for the crash to happen
