To listen to Premium on your Sonos you will first need to Link your account with Sonos.
Still hearing ads?
If you are still hearing adverts on Sonos, please unlink and then re-link your account. To do this follow the steps below:
Unlink:
Sonos app for iOS or Android
- Open the Sonos app
- Go to the Account menu and select Content Services.
- Select Rayo, then select Remove Service.
- Confirm the removal by selecting Disconnect.
Sonos S1 Controller app for iOS or Android
- Open the Sonos S1 Controller app.
- From the Settings tab, select Services & Voice.
- Select Rayo and select Remove Account.
- Confirm the removal by selecting Remove.
Relink:
To re-link your account please follow the steps here.
