To listen to Premium on your Alexa you will first need to Link your Rayo account.
If you are still hearing adverts on Alexa, please unlink and then re-link your account. To do this, make sure your Alexa isn't playing, and then follow the steps below:
- Go to your Alexa app and tap More (in the bottom right-hand corner next to the search bar).
- Select Skills & Games.
- Enter Rayo into the search bar and select the Rayo skill.
- Once selected, tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Disable Skill.
- You can then re-link your account by clicking Enable to use.
- Then tap Settings and Link Account, which will re-direct you to our website.
- Sign In using your Rayo credentials (email address and password). Once successfully logged into your account, you should receive a successfully linked message.
To unlink via the website:
- Log into your Premium account via our Website.
- Head to Account Settings.
- Click the Authorised apps tab and Remove Access.

How to check if you have linked your account correctly on Alexa
You can do this by asking your Alexa: "Alexa, ask Rayo if I'm a Premium user."
If correctly linked, Alexa will return the message "your account has already been linked."
You can also try requesting a Premium station:
"Alexa, play Magic Power Ballads on Rayo"
