Hearing Adverts on Alexa

To listen to Premium on your Alexa you will first need to Link your Rayo account. 

Still hearing ads?

If you are still hearing adverts on Alexa, please unlink and then re-link your account. To do this, make sure your Alexa isn't playing, and then follow the steps below on how to do this via our website, and then via the Rayo app:

To unlink via the website:

1. Log into your Premium account via our Website.
2. Head to Account Settings.
3. Click the Authorised apps tab and Remove Access.

To unlink via the Rayo app:

1. Go to your Alexa app and tap More+ (in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen).
2. Select Skills & Games.                                                                                                                                                                                       
3. Enter Rayo into the search bar and select the Rayo skill.                                                                                                                             
4. Once selected, tap Settings.                                                                                                                                                                              
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Disable Skill.

To re-link your account please follow the steps here. 

How to check if you have linked your account correctly on Alexa

You can do this by asking your Alexa: "Alexa, ask Rayo if I'm a Premium user."

If correctly linked, Alexa will return the message "your account has already been linked."

You can also try requesting a Premium station or asking Alexa to skip on a main station:

"Alexa, play Magic Power Ballads on Rayo"

"Alexa, play Jazz FM" and "Alexa, skip"
