You can reset your password and regain access to your Rayo account by following the below steps:
- Go to sign in on one of our apps, or our website.
- When the option to enter your password appears, select the Forgot password? option on our apps, or the reset your password option if you're on our website.
- Once you have followed the steps to send yourself an email to reset your password, check your Inbox for the email from us.
- Click on the link and enter a new password. Make sure to change it to something secure and memorable to you.
- Once confirmed, click on Reset password.
- You’re done! You can now access your Rayo account.
Tip: Your password should be at least 6 characters in length with a mix of numbers, symbols, lowercase and uppercase letters, to help make it as secure as possible.
Not receiving the email to reset your password?
If you're trying to reset your password but haven't received the email from us to do so. This may be due to Microsoft blocking the email's delivery.
This can be rectified by adding donotreply@planetradio.co.uk to your list of trusted senders, and trying to re-set your password again. The email from us should then be delivered to your inbox.
