Change your email address

Want to update your email address?

No problem, it’s super simple and can be done by following the steps below:

Website:

1. Log into your Rayo account here and head to Account Settings.
2. Go to the Contact details tab and click on the Email Address field. 
3. Update and confirm your email address and you’re done!

App

1. Log into your Rayo account.
2. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner of the For you page.
3. Go into Account and then tap your email address.
4. Update and confirm your email address and you’re done!

Note: A confirmation email will be sent to both your old and new email address detailing the changes.
