Cancelled but still charged?

If you cancelled your subscription but still see a charge you may be wondering what went wrong. There could be a few reasons as to why this has happened and below if some guidance into the causes. 

Did you cancel after your renewal date? 

Please check when you cancelled your subscription. 

If you cancelled your subscription on the same date as your renewal, you'll still be billed. This does mean you'll still have a month's access for Premium before this expires.

Check your subscription

Whether you upgraded through our website or app, please check your subscription settings. 

 

Note: You should’ve received a confirmation email, confirming the cancellation and expiry date of your subscription.
