If you have a Premium voucher code, you can use this when you first sign up for a Premium subscription. Vouchers can only be applied when signing up via the website to a monthly Premium subscription plan, which you can do by clicking here.
Where can I check the status of my voucher?
You can check the status of your voucher in your account settings by clicking here.
After I used my voucher it only says I have 30 days?
The voucher will activate once your 30 day free trial expires. You can check that your voucher was applied by clicking here.
Note: Your account is recognised as a “trial” for the first month and then will automatically renew as “Premium” after the first 30 days with invoices of £0.00 until your voucher runs out.
Cancellation while using a voucher
You may cancel your subscription at anytime but be aware that the monthly nature of your subscription will make your cancellation effective at the end of the current month. This means that any remaining free months you have on your subscription will be lost. If you would like to keep your full free subscription, please cancel your subscription in your final free month, thank you for trialling Premium.
