Payment methods
All of our payment methods are input digitally online, so you can put your cheque book away!
We accept multiple payment methods for Premium whether you’re subscribing via our website or our individual stations apps.
Processing your payment
How you signed up to Premium will determine which trusted third-party processes your payment information.
Website
When you subscribe on our website you will be redirected to the third-party payment processor, Stripe.
They collect, use and process payment information in accordance with their privacy policies.

App
If you decide to sign up through our app, this payment will be processed through a different third-party, RevenueCat.
Again, they will only collect, use and process payment information in accordance with their privacy policies.

Manage your payment details
You can easily manage your payment details depending on where you first subscribed to Premium.
I subscribed via the Website
As you subscribed via our website, to manage your payment details follow the steps below:
- Log into your Rayo account here and head to Account Settings.
- Go to the Premium tab and click on Manage your subscription.
You will be redirected to a page where you can see your subscription plan and payment methods. From here you can add, delete and change your details.
I subscribed via the App
As you subscribed via one of our apps, managing your payment details will vary depending on what device and operating system you use.
To manage your payment details via Apple iOS:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Then tap Subscriptions.
- Select your Premium subscription, then update as needed.
To manage your payment details via Android:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap Google and then Manage your Google Account.
- At the top, tap Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Manage purchases, Manage subscriptions, or Manage reservations.
- Select your Premium subscription, then update as needed.
Tip: If you're unsure where you subscribed, visit our website and head to the Rayo Premium tab in your Account Settings. If you're unable to manage your payment details there, please refer to the instructions above for handling subscriptions made via app.
