If you need to change your password for any reason then just follow these easy steps:
- Log into your Rayo account.
- Tap the Settings
icon in the top right corner of the For you page.
- Go into Account
and then click on Change Password.
Tip: Your password should be at least 6 characters in length with a mix of numbers, symbols, lowercase and uppercase letters, to help make it as secure as possible.
Not receiving the email to reset your password?
If you're trying to reset your password but haven't received the email from us to do so. This may be due to Microsoft blocking the email's delivery.
This can be rectified by adding donotreply@planetradio.co.uk to your list of trusted senders, and trying to re-set your password again. The email from us should then be delivered to your inbox.
